Design process of automatic production line:
1、 Familiar with the production environment, understand the customer's production process and functional requirements.
2、 Understand the product process, size and raw materials of the automated production line
3、 After mastering the above two points, draw up a preliminary drawing scheme, which includes the site plan diagram (including equipment, components, etc.), functional operation of components, etc.
4、 The preliminary scheme and improvement scheme shall be reviewed. The scheme shall be evaluated and reviewed by professional technicians, and the problems discussed by the audit team shall be improved and optimized.
5、 Determine the design scheme with the customer, and conduct in-depth communication with the customer on the preliminary design scheme of the automatic production line, and then optimize and communicate to finally determine the optimal scheme.
6、 Arrange engineers to carry out mechanism design, prepare machine assembly drawings and parts drawings (parts shall be marked according to national standards), select executive components and electric control accessories, and list processing parts, purchase requisitions for standard parts, operation instructions, etc.
7、 The designed equipment drawings shall be reviewed for the second time, including equipment appearance, stability and safety of functions, and convenience of operators. Evaluate whether the production efficiency of the equipment is consistent with the production needs of customers.
8、 For the purchase of machine parts processing and standard parts, the purchasing personnel shall purchase the parts in strict accordance with the purchase list, and the requirements shall be consistent with the precision and processing technology. The parts shall be purchased and stored for standby.
9、 After the automatic production line is assembled, the test run shall be carried out. After the relevant personnel of the Assembly Department have assembled and debugged, the Industrial Control Department shall arrange the electrical engineer to distribute power, operate and debug the machine according to the operation instructions
10、 Professionals debug the automatic production line. After the debugging is completed and there is no problem, the sample is drawn and then confirmed to the customer.
11、 Prepare the automatic production line for packaging and shipping, check whether the joints between all parts are connected in place, paste labels, take necessary protective measures, and prepare machine spare parts, operation instructions, wiring diagrams and other data.
